Local medical group makes the honor roll
Solano Regional Medical Group is a member of Health Net’s 2010 Patient Satisfaction Honor Roll. The medical group qualified for the honor roll based on scoring above the 80th percentile on 2009 patient assessment survey responses and Health Net appeal and grievance data. SRMG scored above the 80th percentile among Health Net participating physician groups on six out of nine patient satisfaction indicators including:

"We are very proud to receive this honor and will continue working hard to provide the very best service and care to those within our community."
The 2010 Patient Satisfaction Honor Roll designation has also been announced in Health Net member news articles and posted in the Medical Group Comparison Report located at www.healthnet.com/provider.
