Fairfield, Vacaville and Vallejo

Seasonal flu shots are available by appointment only. SRMF will be holding flu clinics, Tuesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., at all our Primary Care offices in Fairfield, Vacaville and Vallejo. SRMF will also hold flu clinics at the After Hours Care Center in Fairfield at 2702 Low Court on Saturday and Sunday.

A cost of $75 will be billed to your insurance card. Self-pay patients will be required to pay at the time of service.

Please note: Patients 9 years or older can receive flu vaccination at the Adult Clinic. Children under 9 years of age can receive flu vaccination through our Pediatric Departments at 770 Mason Street in Vacaville and 2720 Low Court in Fairfield on the dates listed above from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., by appointment only.
